Pennant Agave Spirit is made from 100% Organic Blue Agave Syrup that is fermented and distilled at our waterfront facility in Portland's Old Port. After distillation, the spirit is aged in used Single Malt barrels for 2-3 months, reposado style. The final product is a wonderfully sweet and smooth tequila-like spirit perfect for use in any tequila based cocktail.

Maine corn, Maine rye, and Maine buckwheat are distilled and aged for four years in freshly-charred new American oak barrels. Mahogany, butterscotch, tobacco and straw on the nose. Toffee, toasted sugar and sweet corn on the palate with a well-rounded, spiced dry finish.
